Cisco Unity Error Installation

I am installing a Cisco Unity 7.0.2, into a Windows Server 2003 standart edition, but after almost 1 hour of installation into the last steps, I got a error please see the picture.

And the installation is not properly.

How can I fix error, the problem, is that I don not have the Smartnet yet, but I need fix this error inmediatly.

Please tell me how can I fix it??

This is a very common general error. Just like it states, save and collect all of those logs it asks for. You'll want to begin by looking at the diag_install log first and scrolling down to the time that it failed, it should point you in the right direction. *Typically*, but not always, it has something to do with SQL, which will lead you down the path of looking at the corresponding SQL logs. Was the server renamed after SQL was installed?
