Call forward to reception in CCME

Hi guys ,

i have to configure ip phones on CCME to forward call to reception by dial one number ....

e.g. if internal users have to call reception and reception extension is 000 so instead of dialing 000 they just dial 9 number and call will forward to 000 ..

i have done this in CCM but i dont know about CCME ...

i think we can do this via voip dial-peer in which destination pattern would be the receptionist number ...but im not sure .. can any one help me ...

Hi Ahmed,

You can create a new ephone-dn and forward all calls to recepcionist's number.

For example:

ephone-dn

number 9

call-forward all 000
