ASA not encrypting packets

i have 2 sites, one L2L tunnel is working between 2 ASA but 1 tunnel is not working with ASA & IPCop FW(Open Source). when i am seeing sh cry ips sa in ASA packets are not sending & encrypting by this ASA but receiving packets & decrypting packets which are coming from IPCop FW.ASA IOS version 7.2(3). Need urgent suggestion. Thanks in advance for any help

Correct. Also make sure your nonat statement is right
