Getting a new coppy of the renewed CCNA

Unanswered Question

Before my CCNA expired I took BSCI and passed it.

I was expecting Cisco to send me a new copy of the CCNA certificate once the first one expired but I haven't got any CCNA certificate or BCSI certificate for that matter.

How can I get the certificates? What do I need to do?

Also I guess since I took BCSI - CCNA will be available for 3 more years now right? And in the mean time I can get another 642 test?

I have this problem too.

You will not get another certificate for renewing your certification. Your CCNA will be valid for another 3 years and yes you can continue to take 642 level exams.

Hope that helps.

Also you can log into your Cisco account (CSCO#) and buy a Fullfilment kit for about 15 dollars. Then they will send you a new copy of the certificate and the wallet card.
