Span + CUCM 7.0

i'm using an application for call recording.

i have A CUCM 7.0 + Cisco 3560.

I want konw if there is any paratmaters to modify on the CUCM for permit the span.

Usually, audio stream (RTP packets) won't go through CUCM. CUCM is just a signaling box.

SPAN on CUCM probably won't get you voice recording feature.

You should SPAN the voice VLAN where the phones are connecting to.

I have installed wireshark to verify if the span server receive the sniffing Voice traffic.

I have verified that I received the signalling protocol (Skiny + rtp…).

But the recording solution can't record the calls. The support of this solution told me that I must verify If receive the following skinny message :


I want know what does that message mean ?

And if there is more information to help me.
