I have a receptionist at one of our customers that would like the ability to answer the phone, then forward a call directly to the destination's voicemail box. Seems simple enough, though I've never received this request before.
CUCM 6.1.2, Unity 4, Cisco 7970

I have something very similiar in production on a CUCM 6.1.3 system. Although, rather than create a new VM Profile, I created a translation pattern that strips the * off and uses a "XferToVM" CSS which specifies a XferToVM partition that only contains the CTI RP of XXXX and is forwarded to VM. The example from that link is probably cleaner, but I hadn't read it before I setup my network.
