What exactly comes the "base sku" --- subscription updates only or hardware replacement as well?

For the initial year of deployment, it appears we do not need to purchase the CON-BLK-BLKR50U sku?  The base sku includes the 1st year of "subscription updates".  However, does it also include Hardware replacement as well?  Just want to make sure I understand what comes with BLKR-SVB-50U-1Y.  Thank you.

This includes Next Business day hardware replacement, access to Cisco TAC, Software upgrades and new releases, automatic spam, virus and threat updates.
