As you can see I was digging...thanks again!

So you have to deploy the CUBACS (Server app) on a seperate pc/server, thier is no way around this or an alternate installation method?

This means clients have to fork over a decent sized box just to support 1 little application?

To add, does thier have to be 1 CUBACS (Server) at each location of an Att console or can a centralized deployment model be used?

Thanks.

Hi Java,

If the Business attendant console is a rebaged ARC console how come ARC support the enterprise console in a virtual environment and cisco don't?

Also does the server have to be a standalone server or can you utilise a server with other applications on it?

Thanks,

Stafford

Hello,

The CUBAC did not work out for our client, since you could not break out the CTI RP's and CTI Ports on the backend.

We had 3 seperate sites that wanted to stay seperate from an incoming call/ attendent perspective. So we moved forward with Arc Ent. which allowed us the flexibility we needed and as you mentioned above is supported on vmware.

Cheers.
