7921 fails to download image from CCM 4.1(3)

I have 2 x 7921G phones. Phones make wireless connection, draw IP address, TFTP address, etc. Phones connect to CCM and begin to download firmware image showing "Updating firmware...". Then both phones show same failure - "failed to download image file" and then registration rejected.

App Load ID is CP7921G-1.2.1.LOADS

What kind of gateway do you have? Is it an MGCP/H323 gateway?

I have a full up CUCM, not a CME. I do have a GW (H.323) but it has nothing to do with this issue

The firmware you've downloaded is for the CUCM 4.1(3) right?

I have not downloaded any firmware. The firmware on the CUCM 4.1(3) is what was looaded when I loaded the CUCM
