Bridge Virtual Interface limitations

Hi

Can you please confirm how many BVI interafce i can configure on my cisco 2851 router.

Scenario is cisco 2851 is connected with the firewall with 2 number of L2 switches with 2 Gig interafce on 2851 are connected to 2 diffrent L2 switches.

we are not giving ip address to main interafce and subinterfaces have been created on main interafce with each subinterface will be part of separate Bridge Group and IP will be assigned to Individual BVI interfaces.

i just want to know how many BVI interafces i can configure on Cisco 2851 router.

You can create up to 255 BVI interfaces on a router.
