UCCM Version 6.1.3

Hi

I have just installed a new version of 6.1.3 and imported the .tar file created from 4.1.3. Everthing appears to b fine except the Pilot Points and the CTI route points wil not register.

Would be most grateful of any ideas on how to resolve this problem.

check the 2 AC users are created, check the association to ac user and authentication user is correct, restart AC service

basically check the config is correct for 6.X as it differs from windows versions
