Hi all,
We have successful backups each night of our CallManager Publisher.
It appears that the only features that are backed up are "CCM" Cisco CallManager.
Is this sufficient to effect a restore with TAC help if we lose the Publisher and need to rebuild the hardware? Or should additional features be backed up too ...?
We run v6.1(2). Pub and three Subs.

Yes, "CCM feature" is the only one you need on CUCM servers.
On other servers, you'd see other 'features' (such as CUPS).

Thanks Michael ! I have triple checked, and we seem to be backing up the CCM Feature - which appears to backup a lot of files from our Pub and Subs, saved (it seems) as one file per server onto our sftp server.
We retain for two weeks.
Seems to me that this is all we need to back up? We dont use any billing or odd features, only Extension Mobility which i assume is part of the CCM Features ?
