Hunt Pilot Group Alerting Caller ID

I have always used a CTI port in front of a HP to setup a "forwarding" caller ID so that the HP members know which HP was called.

In version 7.0.2 I noticed that if i call internally the forwarding station info is displayed during alerting, but i if i call from the PSTN (off net) there is no forwarding station display

I am looking for advice on either how to properly display a name to HP member or how to flag call to the HP as on net

I have this problem too.

I found the "retain forward information" flag in the service paramenter for callmanager service. I changed the flag to true and boom problem solved.
