Stack Catalyst 3550

hi,

I connected two Catalyst 3550 with the GigaStack Gigabit Interface Converter. This will permit me to connect the switches in a cascade stack configuration.

I assigned an IP to both switches, and they can ping each other, so I know my Gigastack is working.

My question is, when I do a "show interface" on one of the switches, is there a way to see the interfaces of both switches? Presently, even if they are connected via the gigastack module, I still need to manage both switches individually.

Is there a "switch provision" command like the 3750 series, which will permit me to see the stack as one switch?

Thanks...

Nope.

You are talking about the "cluster" feature.
