Inbound SIP call failure

Hello,

I have managed to get calls outbound but I cant seem to get inbound from a sip trunk.

SIP Provider-->Internet-->SR520-->UC520

ok removed the following as a result of another post:

voice source-group CCA_SIP_SOURCE_GROUP

Now I understand disconnect 486 to be a busy phone. This was on hook

I have this problem too.

Can you post the complete config and the version on the UC520 on this thread?

Also, the second issue appears to be a cause code of user busy. Can you gather "deb ccsip message" for one inbound failed call and attached as well

By the way - who is your SIP provider?
