QoS marking issue in C7613

I have a question about packet precedence marking. Would you please give me a suggestion about what kinds of following method is suits while I just want to mark the IP Precedence for the incoming streaming servers traffic in C7613 vlan interface.

Is the below two methods both are using line card CEF to perform the marking?

What is the different in performance (streaming servers' traffic > 7G/s) ?

Is Class -based marking need to applied on phyical interface ?

1) PBR (with CEF)
