DTMF not working on unity express auto attendant

Hi,

I have a call manager ver 7 integrated with a unity express, when a call arrive form outside through the router to the auto attendant, i need to put dtmf to choose the destination number it doesn't work though i put "dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric", can someone help me with that?

That means,

pstn gw -- h323-- ccm - cti -cue

please confirm

r u using a transcoder between ios gw and cue?

can u double check that dial-peers poiting to ccm are the ones with dtmf relay alphanumeric?

works internally?

Hi,

I have the same problem,

CCM-h323 - CME - CUE

From CME phones working fine with dtmf-relay rtp-nte, but from CCM not working at all (can hear AA but cannot do the DTMF input)

I have an transcoder on CME.

Any ideas?
