ipcc express : contacts waiting

Hi list,


Requirement : There should be only one call in queue for IPCCX.


Tried using "Get Reporting Statistics" step under queued step with combination of "contacts waiting" from overall IPCC Express/ CSQ IPCC Express but no luck.


I have selected "resulting statistics" as string variable.


Has anybody got this working?

Sure, set it as integer and then simply do an if statement to see if the vlaue is >=1. Also, make sure you are doing this for the correct CSQ.
