Hello All,
I want that users, dialing only "9", reaches the attendant that really have extension 2000.
any idea?

i'm going to assume this is CUCM since you don't mention anything else
yes, configure a translation pattern to do that, be aware that if you have anything else using 9 as 1st digit you won't be able to dial it anymore

Following the above you could add the translation as 9! so that if you do have anything else starting with 9 it will wait for the t302 to expire.

Hello,
I tried 9 and worked as expected, but if I configure 9!, I have to dial 9 and anything else, not only 9. I have tried with 9. and does not wait, and with 9* and does not work. Any idea about this wilcard?
