LMS 3.0.1 CM device not added from DCR

There is a 4507R-E switch which is not imported into CM from DCR.Verified all the default credentials, also i manually deleted it from DCR & re-added automatically,the devices is not listed in data collection.It is also present in RME but not in DFM,This devices is present as alias in DFM.What could be causing this ?

If the device is present as an alias then you have already added the device by another address/name into DCR. Resolve the alias, and make sure the device is only added once to DCR by the desired name and address.
