DFM-separating unresponsive alerts based on interface type

Basically, I only want the bulk of my monitored interfaces, deemed critical, to send up/down alerts to one notification group. I want the subgroup of non-critical interfaces to send up/down email alerts to a different notification group.

Is this possible to apply the event sets to only a certain custom group for notification puproses? Anyone? thanks

I think it is possible.

After adding your devices to a view, you can customize your Alerts and Activities display by selecting specific views and using filters:

• Views control the device groups that appear on the Alerts and Activities display.

• Filters control the specific device types you monitor, along with alert severities and their status
