Port forwarding SQLExpress

Unanswered Question

I have a pix on an internet provider that blocks SQL port 1433

I have a website ASPX app that needs to connect and pull data from the server.

I decided to use a non standard port, lets say 5433

I placed my port forwarding commands into the pix, I can see that I am in fact creating a connection through the port, but the sqlexpress server does not respond.

Is there something else I have to do since the SQLExpress server is a named instance? (i.e. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/sqlexpress)

I have this problem too.
