7971 boot loop

I have a 7971 connected to a UC520 and it gets stuck in a boot loop. I did a factory reset with both 123456789*0# and 3491672850*# and it does a successful reload from the tftp service but after that it still gets stuck in a boot loop where it flashes the white Cisco screen for 10 secs and then 1 second of default background image then it reboots again. Any suggestions?

Can you post the config, minus the passwords, etc?

LIkely it is failing to load some FW file, check the output of "debug tftp events" to see which one.

I checked the tftp events and all files were found. This is on a default install of UC520 using the 7.0.2 package. I have not changed anything with the config other than the initial setup.

I got in this morning and the phone was up and running. What ever it was doing for several hours finally finished.
