Upgrading IOS

I am trying to upgrade my IOS ver on one of my voice gateways, but whenever I do a reload it reloads with the old ver.

Here is what my config looks like

boot-start-marker

boot system flash c3845-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T.bin <<<<<THIS IS THE VER I WANT TO LOAD

boot-end-marker

In enable mode, please do a "dir" and post the result?

boot system flash:c3845-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T.bin
