CM 6.1.3 and NICE IP

Hi,


I notice that I can not monitor internal calls with CM 6.1.3.

For calls to PSTN there is no problem but I need to monitor internal call.


Is it possible to solve this issue?

Should I to modify something in CM in order to monitor internal calls??

What is your set up, if you use the BIB with the latest Nice recorder using SIP trunking then by default all calls are sent to Nice
