Intermitant Call Delivery Problems

Calls are getting abandon intermitantly.We are gettting call disposition 1 we checked the MIVR logs getting error message "6051387: Apr 15 10:10:43.849 IST %MIVR-SS_TEL-3-ACTIVE_CALL_ABORTED:Active call aborted by timer or due to reRoute: Call id=?,Media id=629482/2,CTI Port=369".Can anyone help me on priority.


I have this problem too.

Problem may be that the call is being rejected by the IVR because the script may be redirecting the call to a CTI Port which is not supported. Need to fix the scripts to not redirect to CTI ports.
