I have an IVR prompt in place and it works.It plays greeting like
press 1 for sales inturn hardcoded to 5001
press 2 for presales inturn hardcoded to 5002
press 3 for hr inturn hardcoded to 5003
The Challenge is here , Customer wants to have an option wherein it asks calling party for known extensions like
press 4 for known extensions
If a calling party hits 4 ,then IVR should play greeting like press known extension,then it should listen to the input , then match to that exact extension number.
i tried this in caller input under system call handlers but it did not workout.Its not accepting any wildcard digits.
Can you guys guide me here out pls..
