Caller Name not coming in PRI after upgrade

Hello there,

I recently upgraded a customer from Call Manager 4.02 to 6.1.3

They have 2 PRI's on a 6608 blade. After the upgrade they stopped receiving Caller Name on inbound calls. They still get caller number but not the name.

They are running CAT code on the chasis and i believe are at the latest version.

Is the 6608 blade supported in UCM 6.1.3?

anyone run into this before?

Try setting protocol to qsig, there may be also a variant option.
