Guys,
I need help.
There has been the upgrade from CCM 4.1 to CUCM 6.1 recently.
I have a structured class of restrictions (Partitions & CSSs) plan before the upgrade.
After the upgrade had been completed the restrictions' applying mechanism has been changed somehow.
Normally, if calling party is restricted to dial any dialble entity (partition, dn, etc.)
it will hear the announcement like "You cannot dial this number ... etcetera" after the match is occured.
Now (after upgrade) the problem is the following: calling party dial the complete DNIS, pause, reorder tone.
So all works fine, but in different, unusual manner.
Are there any ideas to make it possible to rollback to previous handling flow ?

It appears that your Annunicator is not working now, make sure the Annunicators are registered and applied to correct MRG/MRGL/DP.
HTH,

Chris,
Thank you for defining the direction of my little investigation.
I've just checked CUCM's configuration in that way.
Phones that are expirienced problem belong to "Device_Pool_A".
This pool has MRGL_A associated with it.
This list contains (via MRG) the set of media resources with x2 (two) ANN resources among others.
But these ANN resources are located in "Device_Pool_B".
Could it be the root cause of the problem ?
