Hi
we have two serial link connectivty for the Site A and Site B
R1 ---------- Site A PRI
---------- Site B SEC
R2 ----------Site A SEC
---------- Site B PRI
From my two routers we have two connectivity to Site A and B so From Site A they requested for use static routes but Site B requested for EIGRP routing
is it possible to run static and dynamic routing on the same router

Yes - static routes have an Administrative Disatance of 1 - EIGRP internal routes have an AD of 90 and external EIGRP (Redistributed routes into EIGRP) have an AD of 170.
Static routes will be prefered over EIGRP routes.
