Can you or should you configure WEP and WPA WLANs on the same AP? Thanks!

You can, and in some situations you should. For example, your customer wants a secure network for laptop clients, but also has some barcode scanners which only support WEP: you'll set up two different SSIDs, and firewall off the scanner vlan with ACLs so that the only traffic allowed is the specific addresses and ports the scanners use to talk to their server.

Is you AP autonomous or LWAPP? You could if you have a WLC and LAP's. Autonomous AP's... it's been a while, but I think you can only use one or the other.
