In CM, you can transform numbers for incoming and outgoing calls as described in the system guide. If you use an H.323 or SIP GW, you can also do that on the GW, mainly with the use of voice translation profiles and rules.

Usually the necessary configuration are custom made at installation time and as long customer requirements are reasonable, thye can all be met.
