Hello,
I have ccm 7.0 and presence 7.0 both integrated with the same LDAP server. when we enable the LDAP end user authentication on CallManager, we can't log in to Personal Communicator. the user can log in to the CCMUSER web page but personal communicator stops working
I restarted the presence services and i can't get this to work
any help is greatly appreciated

Try the following:
1) On CUPS server, restart "Cisco UP Sync Agent" service.
2) On CUPS server command line, type "utils service restart Cisco Tomcat"

I restarted the cisco up sync agent but not the tomcat
that worked
