Does anyone know of a way to increase\decrease or put a gain control on a T1 connection? I have a SIP trunk to the providor whereas the voice quality seems low on the volume side.
If your DSP is not involved you cannot change the gain. In a typical SIP trunk situation the only DSPs involved are on the phone and in the provider cloud.
Yeah, that was a given. If the 'MTP Required' check box is checked on the SIP trunk, will this suffice as the DSP, or is this not a 'per call' scenario?
