Not able to dailout from CUPC

Hi,

Running UCM 7.x and CUP 7.x, CUPC ver 7.x. No LDAP integration.

In my CUPC it show the other user status,but whenever i click the user, it says "unable to call,no number is assigned to this contact" and the Phone icon is not highlighted in CUPC

I am able to chat the other user.

Pls help me out!!!

Since you are not intergrated with LDAP there is a chance that there are some inconsistences between the two directories. For example in CUCM that end user account may have a directory number configured, but in LDAP it may not have one. This could also be the case for the user ID. Compare the LDAP account fields to those of the CUCM directory and see if they match up.
