Deployment problem!

I could successfully run compliance check. I needed all switches to have bpduguard disabled on fa ports.

When I start deployment for any of my 3750 switch RME successfully changes 14-15 first ports and then I can see my RME account being idle on switch for 20 minutes. then it exits.. but my jobs in RME are still in status "Running". So configuration is not finished. I can't stop the jobs and all I can do is to restart server.

please I need help on this issue urgently.

What protocol are you using to deploy the commands to the devices?

You are most likely seeing CSCsx24218, then. A patch is available by contacting the TAC.

is there any way to get the patch if we don't have service contract? I can't register TAC and trying to find information for contract number

No. This patch is currently only available from TAC.
