Hello ALL,
I have a Cisco 2621XM, a DSP Module, a a 7960G IP Phone and a FXO Card. I want to connect my phone line at home to my Cisco Router then call from my VOIP phone to a analog on the PSTN and then receive calls from the PSTN that will ring my VOIp phone through my router. Can anyone give me an idea on how to setup the config to make this work? I have already connected the equipment. Thanks.

This is pretty easy.
More or less the config:
int fa0/0
ip address 1.1.1.1
description interface connected to switch with phone, or directly to phone
ip dhcp excluded address 1.1.1.1 1.1.1.1
ip dhcp pool phones
network 1.1.1.0
subnet 255.255.255.0
option 150 ip 1.1.1.1
default-gateway 1.1.1.1
telephony-service
source ip-address 1.1.1.1
max-ephone 1
max-dn 1
ephone-dn 1
number 1000
ephone 1
mac abcd.abcd.abcd
type 7960
button 1:1
voice-port 0/0
connection plar 1000
hth,

What is this option 150 all about?
I am assuming that ip address under fa0/0 should be
ip address 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.255
I will research the connection plar command to determine what it is for.
Thanks.

My IP phone will not download the software from the TFTP on the CME Router.
This is the error it has now. Protocol Application Invalid
Everything was working fine before. Does any one know how I can fix this issue? Thanks Nick I forgot to ask about this one.
