how to create a subdirectory in the TFTP server

I want to set a background image for 7945/65 IP phones.

based on the procedure I neet to create a subdirectory../Desktops/320x216x16.

In Cisco Unified Operating System Administration I can not see any option to create any subdirectory.

How can I set this in order to complete the procedure?

the interface asks you where to put the images, simply put the whole path there and it will be created

copy image to path

/Desktops/320x216x16

the folder will automatically created......
