VSS ether channel and voice gateways and Call Manager

I have 1 voice gws with 2 gigabit ethernet gi0/0 and gi0/1 and it is going to be connected via VSS to 2x 6509s.

My question is can i setup a ether-channel with the 2 gigabit ethernets with each gi0/0 physically connected to switch 1 and gi0/1 physically connected to switch 2.

And can i setup cisco call manager to register with the ether-channel interface? Is this a supported configuration for Call MAnager 7.x

Nop, thats not supported

We support NIC teaming for NIC redundancy. You can find out more about NIC teaming configuration in this forum or in cisco.com
