Hi guys,

Can we change the setup from Unified to Voicemail without reinstallation?

I have this problem too.

Nicolas,

I ams sure someone from Cisco will confirm but the Unified part is taken by the type of licence you have. Then within the Class of Service under the Feature page the Cisco Unity Subscriber Type heading lets you have an option to select Voicemail or Unified messaging, you can set everyone back (within the specific Class of Service)to voicemail here

This will however still let the voicemail be shipped to the inbox if you are using the comppany mail server as the message store. the file will just be a wav extension attached to the mail.
