7936 softkey template

Hi,

I am changing softkey on ip phone 7936 using softkey template. I want to put MeetMe softkey when the phone is seizing. Even I have reset the phone, the softkey do not change, only show "Gpickup" "pickup" "cfwdall". If the softkey template is used on other phone (7961/7941), it works. How can I put MeetMe softkey on 7936 phone ?

Hi Suwandy,

I have worked on a few threads that addressed this same question. The word from Cisco is that the Softkey Template for Models 7935 and 7936 Conference phones cannot be changed :(

Here is the only way to use MeetMe with a 7936;

1. press the pick up handset to get dial tone

2. Press Menu button > Call functions > Meet Me

3. Enter the meet me number.
