There are 2 options for SNR in SBCS:
Basic SNR - available in the 7.1.1EA (early adopter software pack) which allows for basic find me / follow me and is configurable per extension. More details here:

This feature will be configurable via CCA in the next release coming in the late May timeframe, today you can use CLI.
UCC Mobility - this is more advanced which has white lists / black lists etc along with find me / follow me. This is also configurable per extension and can be used with UC520 4.2.x or higher software pack

7.0 is not the latest package. There is an Early Adopter package for 7.1.

The 7.1 EA is at the bottom.
