Solved: the CUCM does not boot

the server begins to boot, and then the performance led starts to turn on and turn off (red color), and in the server monitor you can watch "Parity Check 2 - System DIMM Memory", after that, the server does not respond at all.

Bad memory chip in Slot 2. You can pop the cover on the server and it will show a red light next to the DIMM that is bad. You can pull it out and the server will still boot, just run with less memory.

(at least I think it will boot without the chip in it)

RMA your DIMM through TAC. Get a case open tell them the error above and if you have 4 hour response, you should have a new memory chip shortly.
