I am having trouble accessing (UI), from what I understand it allows subscribers to use a browser to check their voicemails and its off by default. How do you turn it on? I have checked my Uniy 7.0(2.0) server and can't find it anywhere. Thanks.

Hey John,

This access is related to th User COS;

Subscribers > Class of Service > Features Page

Cisco Unity Inbox (Visual Messaging Interface)

Check this check box to allow subscribers who are assigned to this COS to use the Cisco Unity Inbox, which is a licensed feature. Note that when you give a COS access to a licensed feature, it can be important to track the number of subscribers who are assigned to the COS.

To confirm that the number of subscribers does not exceed the number of licenses, see the System > Licensing > License Counts page.

Access to the Cisco Unity Inbox is provided through the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (PCA) website.

Go to http:///ciscopca.

Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the info, I found my answer soon after leaving the post. I did confirm I have about 86 licenses left over so I should be good. It's a nice little tool for users to utilize vmail msgs.

Thanks again for your help.
