Conference issue in 7931 series IP Phone

Dear all,

I am using CCM 6.1 and 7931 & 7911 IP Phone in my voip network.

I am facing a problem with 7931 Phone.

In 7931, when I am going to do the conference, conference softkey is showing disable where in 7911 phone, conference softkey is enable and its working properly.

any body can focus on it. and help me to solve out from this problem.

check media resourse group list is applied to that phone (device pool)

I am not using any media resourse group.

and device pool are same of every phone.

So, does the devicepool have any media resource groups?
