Unity Connection 2.X with CCM 6.X

Hi ,

We are using Cisco Unity Connection 2.x. Whenever any IP phone user calls up any other IP phone User, in case of call being unanswered , Voice Mail can be recorded.

After the user returns back and listens to message, it gives the details caller extension no. and time when message was left.

Is this possible when any user calls from PSTN using H.323 gateway to IP phone user ?

is what possible allowing the PSTN caller to leave a message?

Or to hear the time stamp and caller ID?

Hi Chris,

What u are trying to say is that Caller can leave the message?That is already working.

Secondly, u have mentioned that Called person can hear the timestamp/caller ID.For this to work,dowe need to configuration in Unity Connection.

Please let me know.
