I received message RAID ALERT but i did't know what it tell

I knew this problem is Hardware error (Raid degraded)

The raid subsystem is trying to mark bad blocks it has found on drive 1 ( second physical drive ) so that they are no longer used.

If you continue to receive such errors, you can request an RMA for a new drive from Customer Support. Actually, you can request one now, and have a replacement drive shipped out to you :)

I would ask for replacement drive immediately... this message (as I interpret it) tells me that Disk 1 is detached from the RAID, meaning you have only one drive left in your RAID1. (which means you are NOT redundant anymore)

If you have the possibility to get physical access to your device you can always check the LED status on the disks.
