Can't delete a partition

Hi everyone... i have a Call Manager 5.1.3 in a cluster enviroment, and i want to delete a partition but an error appears saying that i can't delete it because is asociated to another database... i already checked with the Dependency Records and this partition is not assigned to any CSS or anything else..

I checked if there is a bug with the version but i can't find anything like that...

Does anyone of you has experienced something like this???

Are you working on the publisher? Do you have synchronization issues between the CUCM servers?

Yes... i've been working on the publisher for this and i don't have any synchronization issues...
