I have attach the screen shot of the error. Please go through it. We have restarted the server but still it is giving error. Please revert i need to give solution to customer.
Make sure TCP ports 1683, 1684, and 8088 are open between the client and server. Also, make sure the ANIServer process is running on the server. Is this server multi-homed?
