HI, I have a SIP nokia device associate to CUCM 6.x, it works fine between internal phones, but when I try to go to the PSTN it fails in the Gateway. Do you know if there is something additional to add in the gateway side?

Do u use a different codec?
what about CSS?
can u give us more details how it fail?
last digit fast busy, etc?
do u see the call being sent to the GW?

Is the SIP phone in the same Calling Search Space like the others internal phones?

Do you use FAC? if yes then assign to that phone a CSS without restrictions for going out to the PSTN.
